Order Processing:
Orders are processed during daytime business hours, Monday through Friday. We ask that
you allow a 1-4 business day processing period from the time you place your
order. Once processed, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Some items have
additional shipping time information that is posted on their pages.
Ordering Via Fax/Mail:
If you do not
wish to order online, please view and print our mail/fax order form
and either fax or mail it to us using the information on the form.

To check on the status of your order, please feel free to call our toll-free number
(877) 863-4610. Our business hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm, EST. Or you can
email us 24 hours a day/7 days a week at Service.
Shipping:
Our shopping cart automatically calculates shipping by order weight. Freight is automatically calculated on
each order and is currently a flat rate of $6.95.
Orders over $200.00 ship for FREE!!!! Please Note: UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please use
street/route and apartment address if applicable. Incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur
a $5.00 address correction fee. New York State orders are subject to sales tax and will be calculated
in your shopping cart. In some instances items ordered together might be shipped separately. You will not
incur any additional freight charges for separate shipments of the same order.
Out of Stock Items:
A back order is any item that is currently out of stock, but will be shipped as
soon as it is available. No additional shipping will be charged for back
ordered items. We will notify you if an item(s) will be back ordered for more
than four weeks.
Clearance and Promotional Sale Policy:
All clearance sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Our
return/exchange policy does not apply to clearance items or special promotional
offers. All clearance sales are final.
Return/Exchange Policy:
At Uniform Professionals, we want every one of our customers to be 100% satisfied
with the products they receive. That is why we will gladly accept for exchange/return all items
purchased online (with the exception of clearance or customized items) if the order is returned
within 30 days of the purchase. Items returned after 30 days of receipt will not be accepted. All returns must be
approved prior to returning, and must include an authorization number. Please contact us via email
or call toll free 877-863-4610 for shipping instructions and return authorization number.
To help us with your return or exchange, please fill out our Return/Exchange Form,
print it, and include it with your shipment.
We can only accept for return items that have NOT been worn, laundered, soiled, altered,
damaged, labeled, or personalized. Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached or enclosed.
Any returns that do not follow the above specifications will be sent back, without refund.
Shipping charges are not refundable: this includes any additional charges for shipping exchanged
items. Please note: It is very important that you ship all returns/exchanges
directly back to us at: Uniform Professionals P.O. Box 180, 2800 Cincinnatus Road, Cincinnatus, NY 13040.
Please do not ship any items to our manufacturers, whose name and address may appear on your order's packing list.
Defective Merchandise:
Although we hope that every item that leaves our warehouse is exactly what our
customers expect in terms of quality and value, there will inevitably be items
that may have a manufacturer defect. Therefore, simply go through the same process
as above, and after an inspection of the product, and if in fact the item is defective, we will
substitute the item with a replacement, and we will also reimburse the shipping
cost incurred by the customer.
