Return/Exchange Information


To get credit for returned apparel items they must be received by us in saleable condition, absolutely clean without lint, hair or smells. Without exception, they must be in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition with attached labels and tags in the original packaging. Items not meeting this standard will be returned at your expense.

Sale, clearance and embroidered items cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable. We do not accept C.O.D. returns. You are responsible for properly packing the returning item(s). We recommend that you use the original package and insure it. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return items.

Non-apparel items can not be returned or exchanged. Most devices such as, but not limited to, stethoscopes and blood pressure devices are covered by a manufacturer warranty. Check the product documentation for details.

  • Must be received within 30 Days of Ship Date
  • First $200 of Order: No Restock Fee
  • The Rest of Order: 15% Restock Fee
  • S&H for up to 4 replacement items is $5.00
  • S&H will be UPS Ground rate for more items
RETURNS: (each item is returned for refund)

  • Must be received within 15 Days of Ship Date
  • First $100 of Order: 10% Restock Fee
  • The Rest of Order: 20% Restock Fee
